No refunds

Exchange only.. If incorrect order is shipped (based on order that was submitted) "unopened" package with tags intact will be exchanged.  An exchange is COMPLETELY up to the decretion of Studio 8 Salon & Spa.

Shipping

Once payment is received, items will be shipped within 5-7 business days. 

Shipping and Handling fee is $10.00

United States Postal Service- Using "Track & Confirm Tool" to see tracking updates, including date and time of delivery or attempted delivery.

​Hair Care Tips 

Brush extensions daily with a paddle brush. 

 

​Little to no oil on your extensions.

 

​Shampoo  extensions with a moisturizing shampoo biweekly, stroking  hair in a downward motion. Rinse throughly and repeat.

 

​Condition your extensions with a moisturizing conditioner.  Rinse throughly.  Use towel to help remove excess water. (for Devilish Deep Wave , Bossy Body Wave and Kinky Curly)... squeeze/scrunch hair in an upward motion to restore curl pattern.

Deep condition hair extensions once a month. Cover with  a processing cap (plastic cap). Leave on for 10-15 minutes and rinse throughly.

Do not use products with high alcohol content. (this will dry out and damage your extensions).

​

For Devilish"Deep"wave and Kinky"Curly"... prior to  applying AsIAm moisturizer cream, mist the hair with water brush throughly.  Rub cream in hands first and then distribute evenly to the extensions and then brush again.

Cover your extensions with a silk or nylon scarf at bedtime to maintain body and  avoid drying your hair out.

​

Your Brazilian Extensions are of top quality.  If you take care of them, they will take care of you.  Extensions have the potenital to last up to a year and a half with proper care and maintance.
